Davis Women in Business (DWIB) is one of the largest professional organizations at UC Davis. We aim to build a community of high-achieving leaders who challenge themselves and others to bring their voices and ideas to the table. We focus on helping our members get to the next level.
We help foster a tight-knit community of motivated, like-minded young professionals and cultivate high quality opportunities that spark personal growth and professional development. Through DWIB, members find their career direction, develop their professional networks, and achieve ambitious career goals.
